I am a person that likes to look on the bright side of things, that being said. I went to Chevy on April 2 to get my car looked at they didn't know what was wrong with it, come to find out it was the engine. I didn't get my car back until that Saturday and it was a Monday that I brought it in. I brought my car back in on a Thursday afternoon because it was having more issues, again they said they didn't know what it was, but the car would not start. The guy who I spoke with Cody stated that it sounds like a battery issue. I went ahead and approved for them to put in a battery because he would no not me . The battery is going to cost me $240. They said it still didn't work after they put the battery in so I have been waiting all day for them to call me back. I have called several times without any response. I'm a single mom and I need my car , they have no sympathy. They still don't know what's wrong with the car and they have not called the insurance company to give them information on my car. So basically, they have me at their becKon cal. my car can't drive., Now I'm just waiting again on them very bad communication. I am a person that tries my best to help others and put myself in other peoples position. It seems like it's just about money to them and not people. thanks a lot Ricart Chevrolet of Columbus! not so great customer, service, and communication. That's OK because I know who to call for if this keeps persisting. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but when you put me on hold for a long time and then never come back to the phone that's very suspicious. reputation is everything! I will keep you updated on how things turn out but in the meantime, I'm still waiting. At least communicate with me what's going on instead of having me guess and keep calling you. (Cody). Thanks
I brought my car 17 days ago to change the transmission. It's funny that the car has been parked outside since that time. I pay a lot of money to get good service, but I paid a lot of money without service. It's also funny that the employee doesn't care and there is no manager to talk to.
This place used to be good before taken over by Ricart. My wifes car was having issues, i called and made an appointment over the phone and was told this issue would be covered under warranty. After dropping the car off i received a call a few hours later that saying this was not covered and it was going to be $200 just to have had it looked with what they had done so far. Nothing was even taken a part. I have been a mechanic for over 15 years certified with multiple manufactures, the only reason i brought it in was that i was told it was still covered under warranty. Now the big kicker is that the service desk quoted be 2 totally different prices with different parts to fix this issue. How does that even work? And the fact that i have both of these in writing from them just shows how they cant keep their stories straight.
