Great customer service, everyone at the Dublin location was very kind and helpful. I greatly appreciated the daily updates on repair status, cost, etc. Vehicle was done two days earlier than expected!!
Such an excellent experience from the first phone call with Caliber Collision. Absolute professionalism, communication and assistance throughout the process. Caliber made sure repairs were thorough and took care of all the details with our insurance company. Very happy - highly recommend!
They did a great job repairing my car (Toyota Highlander 2021). I did not expect also to get the car very clean like that. I have kids and the car was messy and i was going to get it to detail shop after the repair, but i didn't need to. It was clean as new. Customer service were amazing and they kept us informed about all the steps the car went through. They also said 2-3 weeks maybe longer, but i got my car in like a week and half, they were so quick.Thank you guys. Big thanks.
