John has been my trainer now for many years. He has helped me go from a physically-challenged person who avoided stairs, never jumped, and never ran, to a stronger and fitter person who climbs stairs, does some jumping, lifts heavy weights, and runs. He listens to my goals and incorporates them in with what he knows is best for my arthritic hip, fused ankle, body type, and age. He even knows what music gets me motivated the most, and he changes it for each of his clients. The personal attention, as well as my health and well being, are worth the cost. John, and his wife Elizabeth, have also helped me, and my entire family, become primarily plant based eaters. Thank you.
