I've been going to this gym since 2013, and I enjoy a lot of group fitness classes. About four years ago, I started wanting to get back into Pilates. The prior experience left me feeling intimidated because my body didn't look like the women I did the class with. That is until I met Michelle Shinaberry during my Discover ( Introduction Class). I expressed my fears about doing Pilates to her, and she assured me that this was a common stigma, but she educated me on the benefits of trying it. Could not recommend Elizabeth Schenk enough for personal training! She is an amazing trainer for anyone trying to build muscle and get fit effectively, but still work with someone who is gentle. She'll push you out of your comfort zone in the best way, while also being incredibly supportive.
I joined lifetime just a week ago and already feel at home there. I was extremely apprehensive about joining and the staffs warm welcome and helpfulness made all the nervous feelings disappear ! Thank u
