We’ve had four different people from different companies out to our house bc our heat wasn’t working. After receiving no answers we decided to try Custom Air. EVERYONE from Custom Air was FANTASTIC. Kenzie, Scott, and Austin all made this a wonderful experience and showed so much professionalism, expertise, and compassion. What has been a stressful situation was quickly resolved and handled. once again, custom air found a way to get my tenant's heat up and running and I appreciate that effort. He found & fixed an annoying clicking noise and he cleaned the flame sensor and cycled through it's cycle 4-5 times and all isgood. It seems like a lot of money for what little he physically did but when you figure in my renters were cold and now their not it doesn't seem so much.
Justin was professional, friendly and timely in responding to this urgency. I appreciated his explaining the problem to me as he continued to assess the situation. In addition, he seemed amused with my cat also observing the proceedings and he took a moment to acknowledge my dogs presence. All good!
