“I have nothing but the highest of praise for Cai Cabinetry. From the moment I walked into the show room I was made to feel welcome and given terrific customer service. The owner made time the very next day after my visit to take measurements, and their designer, Michael, spent so much time with me explaining all the different options and getting a feel for what we wanted. Unfortunately in the end, we were not able to use them for our cabinet provider, but that was only because we were being very specific in the stain color of the line of cabinets we were looking at and it was going to be a bit out of our budget for the type we we're looking for. (Not their fault). However they do carry cabinets in all price ranges and you will not find better customer service anywhere! Just from the amount of time and thoroughness that Jianshen put in when he came to measure let me know that the installation process would have been meticulous and done to our specifications. I HIGHLY encourage you to visit them when looking for cabinets!“

“I can't say enough good things about Lyle Environmental. We have an older home and were concerned when we found asbestos and mold. They took care of the issue for a VERY reasonable price and all of the employees I encountered were friendly and incredibly professional. Once they were finished, they were so clean and organized, it was almost like they were never there. The representatives at the office are also very accommodating and kind, which goes a long way when dealing with an issue such as this. Lastly, I've been lucky enough to have Tom, the owner, out to our home for some follow up concerns and he is so knowledgeable and understanding when speaking to his customers. He always make us feel like he is taking care of one of his family members and I can't stress enough how great that is for a company to do. “We used Columbus Granite for 3 projects, two visits to our home. First time for kitchen counters and bath vanity top. We were so impressed, we worked with them again for another bath vanity top. It's easy to look at the inventory, Jen is always helpful and you know what to expect as far as estimate and process for completing the project. Everyone who came to our home was courteous and careful which can be hard to find when you have people working in your home. No issues we were not informed may happen and the site was clean when they finished. We'd use them again.“

From the initial consultations to each skilled laborer that we invited into our home, Fry Contracting exemplified professionalism and care. I felt completely secure leaving my home in their hands, which in some cases involved building temporary walls and having 10-12 people working simultaneously. The craftsmanship was superb, and my family is thrilled with the results. Specifically, we rebuilt a kitchen pantry and moved a wall, finished a 3-seasons room by replacing the posts and installing new windows and flooring, and created a panoramic window wall with oversized new windows. I recommend Bob Fry and Eric Call to anyone looking to complete a home remodeling project.“

“Had rusted porch rail on my house. Ironfab cut out the damaged pieces and welded in new pieces. Railing looks great now. After painting the railing all looks uniform. Very happy with the work done.“

“OHR finished our basement and we highly recommend them. We chose OHR because they didn't try to pressure us, and did not try to push a "cookie cutter" project on us. Everything was customized to what we needed and wanted, and they worked with us to maximize what we got for our budget.A few things that stand out:1) Communication and Timeliness: The project started almost exactly when they predicted it would, and was finished almost exactly when planned. The man in charge of our job (Todd) was here almost every day, and on the few days he wasn't here he would text to let us know not to expect anyone and why. He also always let us know when to expect subcontractors like electricians and plumbers. Jeff (co-owner) was here regularly to work and check up on the job. No one came through our home that we did not expect, and everyone was respectful and friendly. Our dog loved having so many visitors, and she has been a little depressed since the job ended because she's not getting as many belly rubs now.2) Quality: Everything is well-done and customized to what we wanted. They really took their time on things like cabinetry and moulding. They even went back around and caulked to seal any tiny gaps between the floor moulding and wall, and they took their time installing our cabinetry so that it looks perfect. Renovation is messy, but they kept the mess in the basement to a minimum and upstairs offered to mop up the floor between the basement and back door. They also took into account things that you wouldn't see after the job was done, like noise dampening between a bedroom and the unfinished part of the basement containing the furnace and water heater, and extra blocking behind the drywall for heavy items we intended to hang on the wall like a tv.3) Cost: We chose OHR because of quality, not because they were the cheapest, but even so they worked with us to get as much as we could for our budget. An example that stands out: The job was supposed to begin in late January/early February. During the week between Christmas and New Years they learned that prices on drywall were going up significantly on January 1st. They let us know, purchased the drywall before that happened, and brought it to the basement during that holiday week to avoid that price increase. Additionally, we chose to do the painting ourselves to save money, and they were careful to work time for that into the schedule before installing cabinetry and finish moulding so that we wouldn't have to paint around it. On the few occasions that an unexpected charge came up (for example, the shower pan we'd chosen was delayed by months and the one they could get right away was like $200 more) they let us know what the charge would be in advance and got our approval first.My only complaint about this job is that we didn't do it earlier.
