“Very impressed with Crescenze Cooling and Heating. Furnace went out, we called and they had sent out a repairman within a half hour. It turned out the repair wasn’t a quick fix so it could not be done that evening. Due to the cold weather they left electric heaters to keep the home comfortable and called me first thing the next morning. The crew was at the house early, installation went smooth. They were extra careful cleaning up and made sure there was zero mess for us after install. Everyone I dealt with from Crescenze was professional and seemed to go above and beyond for excellent service! I will ALWAYS use them for any heating or cooling needs going forward!! Definitely would give them 5 stars ⭐️!!“

“Being a Contractor myself, I am always apprehensive when I have to have something done on my own home and yet can't do it myself and have to rely on other professionals in the trades. However, for 30 years I have used Echols's for any servicing of my Heating and cooling system. ( my old system was 35 years old!!!!)I wanted to update my system and still went through the process of getting 2 more quotes besides Echols from other very well known and respected HVAC Companies. All 3 Companies were on the same page of apples to apples needs for my home. However, due to my prior confidence with Echol's, as well as my research on their BBB and Google Reviews and reading the good, bad and ugly reviews (trust me, there is no perfect Company, but you can read between the lines and see the truest integrity of a Company and a Consumer-based on these reviews if you keep an open mind!) I was quite impressed with so many years in Business and all the Very Positive Reviews and even the ones who weren't stellar, Echol's replied and tried to make good on situations! That meant a lot! Therefore, even though Echol's was not the lowest bid, I Contracted with them anyway! I was so glad I did! The guys were amazing, very respectful of my home and our conversations based on my own trade knowledge and lack of knowledge in this instance but wanting to know enough to be understanding of this new system. They also had some issues with a faulty new Thermostat at 6:00 at night ( so ordered a new one and returned the next day with the new one and installed it!) and some PVC piping needed corrected due to an odd ben/slope that they caught on their "punch out- final walk thru" and they corrected it immediately, so my new system would operate perfectly! Bravo Echol's! You have me as a customer for another 30 plus years hopefully!“

“Never having had my ducts cleaned before, I was a bit hesitant to bring someone out to clean them. That being said, I am very pleased with the work that was done and plan on bring him back one every other year.Sean is a great guy. He did a good job at explaining the entire process to me and why it is necessary. He also stuck to his quoted price which is a big ask now-a-days. He kept telling me that it would make a big difference, and again, I was a bit skeptical, especially since my since of smell is terrible, but what do you know, after he left and I was walking around my house, I 100% noticed a difference.The first night sleep was some of the best sleep i have gotten in a long time. I didn't even realize how the air quality in my house was effecting my sleep. This is definitely a great thing to do for your house.It was also nice that he brought the big air scrubbing vacuum into my house instead of running it from his truck. This way, my door didn't have to be propped open all day for a huge hose to run through.Sean is very nice and easy to work with. “Stopped by for a part to fix my air conditioner. He had the part in stock at a great price, even compared to online dealers. The proprietor was very nice and even gave me some material to fashion a new bracket when he noticed the new part was a slightly different size than the old one.After looking around his shop and talking with him, I will be calling him the next time I need any HVAC work in this area.
