I am very picky about my feet since I have had diabetes more than 30 years. I can no longer reach my own feet easily and am afraid to cut my own toenails. I need very basic pedicure services, with extra careful sanitation and extra care overall.I feel totally pampered by Nikki! She is meticulous about cleanliness and cuts my nails exactly as I want them. Although my feet are never going to look truly lovely again, Nikki makes them look neat and well-groomed, which is exactly what I want.Service: Pedicure
Tequida was amazing! She made sure everything was to my comfort level including wax temp, music, positions, EVERYTHING! She explained everything very thoroughly and let me check throughout the appointment to make sure I was satisfied. She made me feel absolutely amazing!

I visited KeyExpress Locksmiths with a requirement for duplicates of three unique keys, and within just five minutes, I left with flawless duplicates of each one. They all work flawlessly. One key was especially challenging to replicate, and I couldn't find any other locksmith in Town Ctr Severance Cleveland Heights who could do it. But Jamie accomplished it without any issues.

We hired Hilary to help move my parents out of their home of 50 years. It was a monumental task. There truly is no way we could have done this without Hilary and her team's expertise, guidance, energy, thoughtfulness and acumen. She worked closely with my parents to winnow down what they needed for their new house and made sure things they had to part with found a worthy home. It was a six-week long process and by the time the movers showed up, everything was ready to go. In addition to being supremely skilled and resourceful, Hilary is filled with kindness which made a difficult an emotional process so much easier. There are not enough stars available to give her as far as our family is concerned. She did such an exceptional job.

They assisted us with the point of sale tasks from the city including exterior trim and front door painting, exterior painting of our railing and garage (and replacing needed carpentry), and leveling out front steps and walkway into our house. Not only was it quality work that looked great, but the turn around time for the project was phenomenal. Eric was specifically on our project who was responsive, kind and great at his job. We had a really great experience working with this company and highly recommend!
This is by far one of the most professional and caring tree companies one could find! Extremely helpful with a caring staff and crew! Due to the nature of my manicured property, I could not just have any tree company to perform the task. Update, since it's been a minute:
I slacked for a while with haircuts. Basically a couple of years. I decided that this year was going to be one where I practiced a bit more self-care. I went online a couple of months ago to book with my previous stylist, but she had left, so I looked around a bit and thought that Karrington sounded like she'd know how to help me get out of a rut.
I was not disappointed. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and where I felt I was lacking with the day-to-day hair care. She gave me a haircut that I absolutely adored and some great pointers about how to keep my baby fine hair happy and healthy. I went back again today and was even happier with what she was able to do. She is an absolute godsend to the point where I'm booking my next appointment before I leave the salon, which I've never done in my couple of decades as an adult.
Also, the whole team here is lovely. Walking in and being offered a variety of beverages and a comfy seat on a big plush couch is the perfect start to any sort of treatment.

I've been looking for a new salon for a little while now, since my old one closed after over a decade of going there. It had been a little over a year since my last cut and I was getting pretty desperate. A neighbor mentioned Shawn Paul Salon and I called to make an appointment. I really appreciated that the Micaela asked a bit about my hair and what I was hoping to do at that point. The salon uses that information to make sure you're seeing a stylist that's a good fit for what you want. Definitely an awesome little touch.
I had my appointment with Alyssa yesterday. The salon is gorgeous and so welcoming. Everyone was so friendly and cheerful. Alyssa was absolutely wonderful. She had lots of questions about what I wanted to do with my hair and took her time to listen to what I was saying and what I was hoping for. I usually feel awkward seeing a new stylist for the first time, since conversation doesn't always flow, but my appointment flew by. I could not be happier with how my hair turned out. Alyssa also gave me some easy styling tips since I'm pretty clueless when it comes to doing anything beyond a quick blow dry.
I'll definitely be back to see Alyssa when I'm ready for a trim and will be recommending Shawn Paul Salon to everyone looking for a salon!

I have been seeing Rebecca for hair cuts for the last four years and I know I will always leave looking my best. By the end I didn’t even need to give instructions, and she nailed it every time. I also enjoyed chatting and getting to know more about Cleveland. I am moving away, so I will miss my time at Eddy’s! The few times Rebecca wasn’t available, Noah did a great job as well. Last but not least, they always have a great playlist going on the background.

We had a horribly backed up drain/sewer and he was able to clear it through jetting. He provided great education and answered all my questions. Before he left he made certain I understood instructions. I rate him 5-stars.

Stuart was great, we recently had 2/3 external door locks give out on our old home and he came in, quickly fixed and updated the deadbolts, and even made the doors work better as a whole (felt like magic to be able to close our doors without having to body check it to get it to lock!) would 10000 percent recommend him, really nice, efficient guy!

I have been seeing Dr. Sobolewski since I was a child. She fixed my teeth right away after an accident when I was 16. She recently fixed my cracked tooth and made sure the crown was perfect. She also put my mom’s teeth back into place right after she fell saving her smile!

Sable has magic fingers that can get all the knots out of my muscles. She works intuitively, so each time I go it's a little different. But the result is always blissful relief. I highly recommend her!
Sable is wonderful! I have a neurological disorder that makes my muscles pull and tremor and it's very painful. After a massage I am so grateful to have a day free from pain. She is very good!
