Stuart was able to come immediately and make necessary repairs to my lock. His professionalism was displayed through his work and communication to me. I would highly recommend him.

We originally had called out a different locksmith. He couldn't figure out the 10p year old mortise lock. Stuart not only fixed it, he showed me what had failed and I learned some stuff about these old locks. Stuart was on time and fixed the problem. In this day and age to even get one of those 2 right is a win. I know who I'm calling from here on out.

We have a home from the 1920s and we never had a key for our front door when we bought the home. We really never knew who we could trust to come out and service our lock, and make us the keys for it. Thanks to Dunn Hardware, we were recommended to a true locksmith named Stuart. We first talked to his wife to set up an appointment, and she was so kind and helpful and made us feel we were in good hands with Stuart. It was an overall great experience. Stuart immediately got back to us, and within only a few days he came to our home, serviced our lock, and with his expertise was even able to match the lock to our existing keys for our back door.
