Blonde tones can change in different lighting - so it needs to look good straight (which shows everything), but curls shows the beautiful dimension - as you can see from the pics straight or curly it’s perfect.

In August & October 2024 he successfully completed cataract eye surgery on my right/left eyes, including Premium Implant Lens (Multifocal) Option, with great results. Since moving to the greater CLE area 2 years ago, I’d yet to find a good spot to get my haircut. I’d had the same person take care of my hair for almost a decade before moving here, and it’d been hard to find anywhere where I felt genuinely comfortable, “listened to” in terms of what I wanted for my hair, and checkin in on as the cut progressed. Yesterday I booked an appointment for a cut and a perm at 6th City and it was everything I’d been looking for in a barbershop/salon and more! Kali did my perm and she was a pleasure to work with! She was super consultative, asked great questions, and was very informative in explaining my options and the perming process. Tim and Casey both took care of my cut itself (a drop fade) both before and after the perm. Tim was super precise, talked with me about doing anything different than the reference picture I shared with him, and he worked as a team with Kali to ensure that my hair would be appropriately prepped for her to perm once he was done. Once my perm was complete, Casey finished my cut off and she did an amazing job carving my fade to perfection and blending it into my perm. The shop looks sharp, the staff are so friendly and work as a true team (not just a collection of barbers and stylists just sharing a space), and my hair looked great when I walked out the door! I finally found my CLE spot for my hair, and I’ll definitely be back!

First off let’s start with I was originally trying to go platinum, my hair is hard to lift so I was not able to take it, as a improvision ambre gave me this beautiful pink color!! We had a couple bumps in the road but she always had a solution for each bump, this is a very cool and relaxed salon environment I will be coming back!

Best Barber Shop I have even been to! Everything was just perfect. The shop is wonderfully decorated, the owner lost his son and there is a wall devoted to him, I meet all 3 barbers and they were so nice. Mags trimmed my beard and shaved my head (Strait Razor). I will defiantly come back if I am even in Cleveland again. It is kind of hard to find. Since it is in a shopping center and I did not see any sign outside at the street. If it had not been for Google Maps. I would have never found it. I also ate next door at the diner and it was great also.
Elaina is the best!! She did my hair for my wedding and she absolutely nailed it. I had a low bun with some wispy pieces to frame it out and everything held up so well. My curls lasted into the next day! She’s really efficient and only took about 30 mins to complete my style.

Really enjoy this shop! Only been twice so far and have been cut by Evan, he gave me exactly the cut I wanted based on the reference pictures I showed him. Everyone in the place is friendly and nice, and I enjoy that the shop isn't too big because large salons can be very overwhelming. If you need a men's style cut go to Evan. Great value, and offers a student discount which is amazing.

I love coming to Folicle, everybody is always so welcoming and polite. They run a well-oiled machine; I’ve never noticed anyone running late or behind, the place is spotless, and checking in and out and setting appointments is fast and easy.
I come to Kristen, she’s amazing. She styles not just my hair but my mom’s and my sister’s as well. My hair has changed due to medication so she’s adjusted my typical highlight routine to be a bit gentler, and it looks fantastic! Her technique made my roots look intentional when they grew out, and now that we’re keeping the roots at my natural color, the blending between natural and lightened hair looks so. good. One of my hair goals is growing it out nice and long, and Kristen has been incredible with keeping my hair’s health in mind. My ends look healthy, I don’t have any crazy breakage, and never once has my hair gotten fried or over-processed.
She also talked me out of impulsively getting blunt bangs a couple months ago, and thank god she did. They look nice but they’re just not my style. She offered an alternative that’s fun, looks good on me, and is more compatible with how I do my hair at home. If she suggests modifications to the style you have in mind, listen to her!

I read so many awesome reviews about the piercer, Joe before I chose to go here for my daith piercing. I went in today to get it done and i must conquer that he is awesome! I was a little nervous when I got there, but he was calm, reassuring and very friendly. I was most impressed by the work station where he does the piercings. Everything is sterile and he is very clean about how he does the procedure. He is definitely very experienced, knowledgeable, and skilled. He also has great customer service. I was so comfortable and pleased with his work that I will be bringing my daughter back to him when its time for her to get pierced and i would recommend him to anyone.
I went in today for a little tattoo and had the best time on my first visit. Such a cool shop and it’s filled to the brim with the most unique items. It’s like a museum I could look around forever. Tony pierced my 6 year old’s ears. Sounds like a simple task but it was NOT! My kid took over an hour until she finally let him. “I need a drink of water, I need to blow my nose, how bad is it going to hurt, show me the needle” crying, stalling and so on. He was so patient with her!! Answered all her questions, gassed her up, told her “YOU CAN DO THIS” over and over. My only experience getting my kid’s ears pierced, but I don’t think anyone will ever top it. THIS GUY IS AN ABSOLUTE GEM!!!

I was vacationing in Cleveland from out of state, and I had initially chickened out of getting my first tattoo before I arrived after I’d been planning it for weeks. But, during the vacation, I changed my mind and was hopeful for a walk-in service nearby — the tattoo I wanted was a replica of a simple comic panel, so I figured it’d be easy enough to do in a walk-in.
I arrived early in the day, and met Clay. They were all booked up for the moment, but Clay asked to check out my idea and placement, and offered to have me later in the afternoon. I came back at the time we talked about, and he got me in right away. I was thrilled.
Overall, the shop is very clean and neat, and everyone inside is very kind. Clay did a great job at helping me relax and explaining the process, the rate of my walk-in was fair, and I am very pleased with the final product. Would definitely recommend.

Of course, our furnace stopped working between Christmas and New Years....Neptune was very prompt in sending Toseland out to investigate. He was able to fix the immediate issue (heat again!) and recommend next steps. Neptune is my go to for plumbing and heating.

On February 9, 2016 a heavy snow fall caused the branches on a tree to break. The branches fell on the cable wire running from the utility pole to my house. This cable wire is attached to the masthead and the box that holds the service meter. These parts were pulled completely off and had to be re-attached by an electrician. The home owner is responsible for the repairs when this damage occurs. I called D & A Electric and I was very satisfied with the work performed and the amount I was charged in this emergency situation. I highly recommend D & A Electric for all your electrical needs.

My husband bought me a Can-Am Spyder F3 for my retirement that I lost the seat cowl key to. I ordered a new lock set and took it in to MAC's and he replaced it for no more than good conversation! We talked about the military, life, death, motorcycles, cars and our pets ( his adorable girl greeted everyone). He's made keys many times for us and it has always been a good experience. I'm sorry someone has made a post stating they had a bad experience and that they felt it was racially motivated because my experiences are the opposite and I always refer people to him for their locksmithing needs and will continue to do so.

We hired K & L for a deep cleaning of our office carpets after a busy summer season. We were particularly concerned about the high-traffic areas in our reception and conference rooms. We had been putting off dealing with our floors for a long time. We started getting advice and quotes on how to deal with our worn out almost 100 year old floors a few years ago. As we weighed our options of refinishing vs replacing our process kept leading us back to Cleveland Hardwood Restoration. We chose to replace our whole downstairs floors. Moving out of 1/2 of a house is difficult but necessary, which is probably why we put it off for so long. Ultimately our floors turned out awesome! The wood selection and finish are perfect. There were some sheen variances among rooms at first, but we were super happy with the way Jessie and her guys were proactive in pointing out defects and coming up with resolutions. Our project probably took longer than we hoped, but we’re very happy we chose a company that made sure every detail was perfect!
Newly widowed, I bought a small Cluster Home in MacIntosh Farms in 2/23, which needed much updating, (a tough order after my spouse was 'Fatica Kitchens & Fine Cabinetry') I used Heritage Floor Covering after I saw an article in the Royalton Recorder. All I can say is if you are looking for new Flooring, PLEASE do yourself a favor & look NO FURTHER. (Even my husband would have overwhelmingly approved!) Nick and his staff are outstanding! I had carpet put in the master and luxury vinyl plank throughout the rest of the house. Rudy was my Vinyl Plank installer. Removed & installed all the plank in 2 & 1/2 days. (I have many little closets & turns, not to mention the appliances, wash tubs, and toilets) All closets were done flawlessly & appliances & toilets were expertly removed & reinstalled to perfection. If you would tell me that Rudy is not the Best in the Business, I'd have to say you were lying. Nick worked with me. Although I know he is busy, and we had to wait until the kitchen cabinets & vanities were in place,7//23, he was gracious, understanding, fair and a true-gentleman, businessman. I have recommended them many times and will continue to do so. You will too...you'll see!

We had a GREAT experience with Shumaker refinishing our hardwood floors in two bedrooms. Not only do our floors look awesome, but all other aspects of customer service was excellent! I always got a prompt response when contacting the owner, Donnie. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns of preparing to get the floors done and what to expect after the job was finished. He was very patient, as I had to keep postponing the floor job due to other parts of our home project experiencing delays. He showed up on time for our initial meeting. He kept in touch via text regarding scheduling. He contacted me when he said he would. When it was time for the job to begin, the crew of two young men (very kind, polite, skilled, and knowledgable) and Donnie showed up on time each day, even texting to let us know they were on the way. They were easy to have in my home. They were very thorough with covering and blocking areas to limit and eliminate dust. We were so impressed with how they cleaned up everyday. You'd never know there was a bunch of equipment in the house. Regarding pricing, We researched to get an idea what to expect. We felt Shumaker's pricing was more than fair, given the quality of work! A few months ago we decided to get some much-needed work done on our house (Roof, Fence and Patio) and as we all know, contractors' schedules are so packed they can't even come out and give you a quote! So I reached out on Facebook and other places to get at least 3 quotes, all from friends who gave their recommendations. Montenegro Restoration won the bid for many reasons, 1. Actually called back the same day and came out to review the work that needed to be completed! 2. Provided a detailed quote within days (unheard of) 3. Followed through doing the work when they said 4. The roof was completed in 1 day! The fence was a challenge because of the grade of the yard, but what an amazing job. The guys were respectful, efficient, and resolved any questions or concerns immediately. The Patio gets poured tomorrow and we are very excited, we are already going to give Montenegro other projects because we trust their work, the cost is reasonable, the work impressive and they are great to work with. Every day they were on the job they cleaned up the boards, equipment etc...construction work is never easy, but they actually made it a very pleasurable experience. I scheduled an exterminator but called Bed Bug BBQ anyway to see what they had to say. I was on a budget. Vicki was very helpful by telling me about a product they use, Aprehend which was suggested since I wasn't interested in heat treatment due to the price. She asked me to send her some photos and said Chris would call me and check them out. He did and agreed to do an inspection the same day. I was very surprised but he did not find evidence of bed bugs (I didn't have many pictures but what I found most looked like a larvae-a cream color. He turned my mattress over to check as well as checking the closet and other places and did not find evidence of bed bugs. He recommended that I don't get bed bug treatment. He also gave me a magnifying glass which is wonderful because I had started to question every speck I saw! The magnifying glass doesn't lie. Thanks, Chris, Vicki and Bed Bug BBQ!
RE pest control came and sprayed my house for a bed bug issue on Friday and so far since then I haven’t seen any bed bugs and I have caught any in my traps yet so I’m hoping they are gone! I called RE pest control on Thursday night, very late in a straight panic because of these bugs and I hadn’t slept in days, he reassured me and put me on the schedule to come out literally the next day. I’ve used A&S Tree Service multiple times, and each experience has been outstanding. The first time, I chose them after getting several quotes because their price, timeframe, and customer service were unbeatable. Recently, after a month of waiting to spread the mulch from a tree grinding, I noticed that the job wasn’t fully completed due to the challenging location (a large, mature tree in a tight two-foot area surrounded by a driveway and sidewalk). It was impossible for them to see all the remaining roots. When I reached out, they immediately recognized the oversight and had it resolved within 24 hours.

I kept getting put off and Noone would contact me. they cut down a tree a few years ago and did a nice job. I'm not sure what happened. they're non responsive and uninterested. This place was great! I saw Dr. Steven M. Sivik, he was very kind, patient and gentle, as well was Jessica who cleaned my teeth! Jessica asked me frequently if I was okay and as someone with major dentist fear it was overall great, both of them explained what they were about to do before doing so. I can’t remember her name but the assistant who got my X-rays was very kind too! Even the receptionist! Very happy here!After a few fillings I wanted to update my review and say I LOVE THIS PLACE EVEN MORE! This time I saw Dr.Jodie and she was just as great along with the girls who helped. My confidence is coming back and I cannot thank Dr.Jodie and her staff for taking such great care of me and being so so kind. This place is great if you have dental fear.

Dr. Alberty was an absolute professional who operates with the skill of a brain surgeon. My sciatica had been bothering me for two weeks straight, allowing me minimal lateral movement and tremendous pain while doing everyday tasks. Dr. Alberty was able to relieve my pain with a few simple procedures. I'm very grateful for not being in pain and to be able to move like a young man again. I highly recommend The Link to anyone in need of pain relief.

I love going to see Dr. Alex Kemna and LMT Dayah at Dreas Healthcare Services in Cleveland Heights. I have witnessed daily how they truly care about the recovery of their clients and patients- they have worked tirelessly to help me recover from a cascade of issues I have been facing since I had a fall on black ice 8 weeks ago. While they push to ensure my progress in recovery, they also honor my comfort level. I use my back for my job, so it is very important to work with these knowledgable and caring doctors and therapists!
Yesterday I let go of my 19/20 year old Westie Ruckus. He was my companion dog for 16 years. 3 years ago I let go of my 19/20 year old mixed breed Mocha. He was one of the most amazing dogs to grace this earth. I credit Rainbow Vet and it’s incredible doctors and staff with playing a massive part in my sweet boys living healthy, thriving, long loving lives. They are incredibly compassionate, caring, professional, informative, patient and kind. I could not imagine this journey without them.

I recently got a puppy and wanted to get him checked out just to make sure everything was ok and I also had quite a bit of questions. I was nervous about where to go and availability, but when I called Mayfield Pet Hospital, they were SO nice over the phone and was even able to fit me in the same say. When I got there, everyone was so kind and I had such a great experience there as a new pet owner.
Amazing place . i would tell everyone and anyonje to come here. Dr.Long was a very nice man . my mothers dog has to have a growth removed and teeth cleaning and vaccination . got the nails cut , i went to the family pet clinic in garfield heights and they told me 2.6k omg i was sad bc i thought we could not help this poor puppy . maple heights animal hospital all come out to around 300 for everything i could not belive the diffence. the place in garfiledd told me jan was only opening they had and maple heights animal hopital will have her in on monday the 4th . amazsing experiance

Dr. Jones and her entire staff were wonderful! They understood the urgency of the care my dog required and responded immediately. I'm very pleased to be able to book a next-day appointment. I was thrilled by the personalized nametags they placed on the door of the exam rooms for each of the pets being seen. Just wanted to give this place the best review. Dr. Kalinin and her assistant were absolutely wonderful when we had to have our dog Diesel put to sleep. I will never go to another vet and highly recommend them to everyone.
Went there today for my sweet Betty. She got pink eye. The doctor stain her eye to see if she had any scratching marks. I would recommend come here. The nurse who with us was very nice and helpful. I forgot her name. She showed me how to put the ointment to Betty’s eye. I would come back for her routine check up and vaccine.

Today, was my Leo’s first visit. We were referred to Kee Kee’s Kutz by a friend. I was a bit nervous because he was attacked 4 weeks ago by another dog, so I wasn’t sure of his temperament. Kee Kee and her staff were warm, welcoming, and reassuring. I know personally that Leo can be a handful and I was extremely pleased with the service.

They are always so nice and treat my dog Luna well. I've been taking Luna there since October, every haircut she has got has been amazing. The staff really listens to what you are looking for in a haircut. They also let the dog play after the haircut. This works great for Luna since she doesn't do well in the cage. When I come to pick Luna up all the staff hug her and say goodbye. You can tell the staff really cares about the dogs and their well being.
My daughter and I did the 1230 class on Mother's Day. We both loved it. We plan on returning.
I've been taking class at Cleveland Yoga Little Italy for years and it's definitely my favorite yoga studio. The instructors have always been personable and welcoming. The instructors I've taken classes with include Lissa, LaRaun, Izabele, Christina, Hannah, Jenni, Katie, and Melissa - all were great! Would definitely recommend the studio for anyone looking for a great sense of community.

a place i've gone back to many times over the past four years, definitely worth mentioning how inclusive this space is and how lovely each of the instructors are. Hope and her team work so hard to create compassion in their space while continually learning and dedicating themselves to understanding how to best serve the needs of their community, wether that be through events and gatherings or sliding scale fees, truly some of the best people i've ever met.

I went in for a massage and a pedicure. Ruby was great, she was professional, attentive and she makes for great conversation! It was my 1st massage and she does excellent with making you feel comfortable. The massage for very comfortable and she even cracked my hips which relieved a lot of tension that i didnt realize that i had. The pedicure was good as well. It was a very relaxing process and she even moisturized my feet with a homade product that looked and felt great! She has a shop in the inside in which she sells things like hats, oils, soaps, candles chocolates and more. They all looks and smell great. You can tell that she takes her time with everything that she does. I would recommend many times over

Anthony Santo Domingo provides an incredible massage. His talent is top notch. He has a great deal of strength and endurance, as my recent massage was 90 minutes and he kept up a really solid rhythm and attention to detail throughout. Anthony also conducted a variety of stretches with my arms, legs and hips--something I always appreciate in a massage. I have had massages from several therapists at Med Massage, and it's clear they are bringing in their best! I cannot recommend them enough.
I’ve had a wonderful experience time & time again! If asked to share my favorite massage within 30-45 of Cleveland I would 100% pick RG foot spa. Thank you to the wonderful staff who are always extremely polite and do a phenomenal job. I always leave much more relaxed and cannot believe how much of a reduction I see in a migraine after visiting.

I've started receiving massages from Marilyn 30 years ago, and she remains my all time favorite therapist. She maintains knowledge of updated techniques, and has an innate sense of what is needed to make you physically be at your best. I've taken my 90 yo mom there for her first ever massage, as well as my older kids with various complaints from sport stresses. Unfortunately, I moved so do not see her as often but on occasion, the drive is worth it!! Highly recommend without reservation.
I've been going to see dawn at studio 888 for a few years and she's simply the best. I had massages before going here and cannot go back to anywhere else anymore. She takes the time to understand where the source of your body's pain is, and shows you plenty of stretches and exercises to help once you're done. The online scheduling system is also great. I wish more places used a system like this.

I've been going here for both of my post op and one pre op knee replacement surgeries. It is the best PT clinic I've been to in Cleveland. I can't say enough good things about it. I was able to get appointments on the days and times I needed, EVERYONE has been so friendly, helpful and caring. I've had both Clint and Hannah as therapists, both make the hour fly by and are really encouraging when you are having a rough day with your surgery recovery. I highly recommend them!

Acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, and massage are all top notch. Truly, I've had a few different providers and they're all amazing.
I just had my fourth session with Doctor Amy, and I am absolutely blown away. The first 3 were for chronic, painful sinusitis that was bothersome every, single day for 3 months. My face, ears and teeth hurt something awful, and even saw the dentist twice, but it had nothing to do with my teeth or gums. I was pretty much cured after the first session. I felt it was a miracle and was no longer dependent on sinus meds. Today I went and asked for carpal tunnel relief, and I am faithful this too, will be resolved. Highly, highly recommend. Worth every minute and every penny.
Mrs. Watts is so nice and funny!! She teaches well and prepares you for the test. Some stuff in the class we didn’t go over but it wasn’t on the test anyways.
From the first day in the class room to the last day in the yard, the instructors were always helpful! Any questions I had or any concerns they were always happy to help! To all of my instructors, from day one you all are the entire reason I have my cdl today and I can't thank you enough!
