How is it possible for a company to have so many 5-star reviews?It seems fake, doesn't it?Well, I can confirm that it is NOT fake. They earned their 5-star rating.Last night, I called them up and asked if I could get a second car key made. They said someone would call me back shortly, and I did, in fact, receive a call very shortly after. The person who called me back asked me, "Do you need this done tonight?"I said, "Wow, I didn't know that was a possibility. If you have the time, then yes, that would be great."They said, "Hmm... let me see. In June our doorknob broke and we couldn’t use our front door. Advanced Lock and Key came out within an hour to fix it. We did have problems with the new lock getting stuck a few months later and they came right out to adjust. The manager said he’d make it right. We recently had issues again with the lock sticking and Matt came right out and replaced the door knob. It’s working as it should. Matt was on time both times he came out and did a great job problem solving the issue. They stand behind their service and products and Matt told me not to hesitate to ever call. That goes a long way. It’s hard to find quality service today. Thank you!

10/10 would recommend. EXTREMELY fast service. He understood exactly what I needed, was very friendly and kind. My 2012 Ram 1500 key fob stopped working. He was able to provide a new fob and programed it in under 10 minutes upon arrival. I will 100% recommend to anyone needing a locksmith service.
