Ive been a customer with Winners Tax services for a few years now. Robin was our tax preparer, and what a beautuful spirited and wise tax preparer was she. My spouse and I were a complex cases, with me being a child care provider, owning property and spose being a retiree from another state and currently employed in Ohio, we came intimated, and not always prepared. Robin was patient with us. She took her time and slow walked us through the entire process. As tax laws changed, so would our outcome, but every year Robin, came through.
