I keep calling about my money and no answer I filled my tax return march 16 and it never came so I called up there again and they said I never paid a fee which in fact I did they sent the state part of my tax return but I didn’t get the $400 from federal and it’s may 19th they won’t answer and I shouldn’t have to keep calling about my money I feel like they trying to keep the money DONT DO YOUR TAX RETURN HERE!!

Not only did they lie to get me in there to have my taxes done Then they failed to get a simple task like getting my address right on my return costing me to possibly wait an extra month or two to get my return maybe even have to have a amended return done when I called to speak to the horrible owner Todd he cares very little about his customers especially after he charged me 700 to file my return I will be turning them in to the better business bureau and will be seeking legal advice about getting my money back so please save your self the money and trouble and go to a reputable company something titan tax is not
