There is a very KIND and attentive receptionist named Lanisha that works there. She is into RESULTS , and you can tell she really CARES for the people she encounters.

I recently went to oak street health in Avondale to start with a health plan because I am 70 years old. I checked before going to see if they accepted anthem insurance which they did. after my second visit I received a letter from anthem telling me the doctor I saw was not in network and they paid a bill of 130 dollars I believe. if the doctors are not in network I cant continue with their service. anthem paid the bill but informed me they will not pay any other bills that come in. my question is why wasn't I informed the doctor wasn't in network with my insurance I would of not continued with their services. thank you patricia powell

If you are uncomfortable or don't feel involved in your care then this is the place to be. The staff are very down to earth, kind and considerate. Easy to speak with and leave you feeling respected and dignified.
