I was admitted here for psychiatric evaluation. When the nurse drew my blood to double check for illegal substances, it barely hurt at all. I was processed and interviewed very quickly, and the staff was very caring, polite, understanding, compassionate, and professional. Since the hospital did not have any available beds, I was transported to Blue Ridge Vista.
I had a question about UC student football tickets and Jonathon ( a new hire and from Missouri) was very helpful and so friendly on the phone. Thank you Jonathon and you deserve an Ata Boy Award!!!
Some people were nice when I called my dad when he had a tumor taken Taking out of his head everyone was nice except for this one name Kim would answer the phone she was so rude and could care less when we called and asked about my dad if I was a nurse I would be so nicer than some of them up there and calling for him never called us and told us what was going on never told us when my dad surgery was done never told my mom what room he was in I don’t really care for the hospital but some of the nurses were actually good with him
