We were in the city for a wedding and desperately needed our clothes pressed. The company's owner decided to come in during a busy holiday weekend to accommodate his community. We called them and couldn't have been more pleasant. I recommend these folks as they have such a personal touch to their business....

Bought a $200 wool jacket and had a spill on the sleeve the first night of owning it. Took it in and they completely ruined the entire jacket front and back.Edit: Changing from 1 star to 4. They refunded the original price and also provided a gift card for my troubles. Great customer service despite a bad experience.
