Had my first experience dealing with Crane for an AC issue. The tech, John, came by quickly and checked the entire system out. He verified everything I had done and quickly narrowed down the problem. The Technician that arrived was on time and very professional. He quickly identified the problem and resolved the issue. He then took a few moments to explain how I could optimize my settings on my Nest thermostat for better energy savings and longer mechanical life of me heating and cooling system. Much appreciated.
