They were able to get here the same day and at the time they said they would. Jordan (the tech) was quick and thorough. He got our heat working for us on a 10 degrees January day. He also offered us a maintenance deal that made sense, so we’ll see you guys again in the spring. Thanks Jordan Clenney!

Service was fast- same afternoon I called - and service technician quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it so we had heat, while waiting on a part that arrived quickly and was installed within two days. Very happy with the professional handling.

My technician, Rick, just left after my routine maintenance appointment. This is the best tech I've had from this company! He was courteous and didn't mind when I asked him to put on booties because of just getting new carpet installed. He was so thorough and expeditious. I could tell he enjoys his job. That says a lot about the company. Thanks again, Rick for a good start to my 2024!
