Recently, I had a small problem with a printer, that wasn't very pressing. She got out to my office and got it resolved (along with fixing another problem) within a couple days. A week or 2 before that I had a more pressing issue that she was able to remotely fix right away. I've bounced through a couple IT people over the past couple years, and I finally found the one I will stick with. I wont go anywhere else!“
