“The most ethical and effective martial arts school in the state of Ohio -- and dare I say, the Midwest, and perhaps even the U.S.!“
“Great place to train! The atmosphere is friendly and encouraging, and I always have a great time. The instruction is top notch with well structured easy to follow lessons and one on one guidance. Coach Chris is a great example of what a coach should be: attentive, passionate, friendly, and he cares a lot about his team. If you’re looking for a great team environment to grow and learn martial arts I can’t recommend Dayton MMA enough.“
“I had an opportunity to train No-Gi jiu jitsu at SG Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in March 2024. It was a great experience with friendly people. The owner, Sean, was very accommodating and helpful; I had emailed the club info address a week in advance to set things up. Sean responded within a few hours and I was able to make a plan to visit the early Wednesday morning workout. Signing in was quick and easy. Sean was very friendly along with all the students. They were all very easy to work with during the training. The skills training was challenging but taught in a technical way that was easy to grasp. I’d highly recommend SG BJJ to anyone who’s into BJJ or looking to get into it!“
“I LOVE TTF. The environment and interior of the building is clean and welcoming. The TTF Team is very cool and understanding.I feel like ever since I got into TTF, my well-being has improved a LOT. If you're thinking of getting into Taekwondo, or even just feeling healthier physically, TTF is the place for you!“
“A positive place of true traditional martial arts. No American McDojang twists. This is a great place that's hard to find in today's World.“
“A true self defense martial art of mind, body, spirit, and character. Not a McDojo. Awesome weapons.“
“I am a 43 year old BJJ brown belt and have trained over 25 years in boxing, muay thai, sambo, MMA and BJJ, and even ran a gym in Rhode Island. Everytime I am TDY I drop in at gyms. I am selective in order to avoid injury or mcdojos. This gym is simply fantastic! Welcoming dudes, super great vibes, and good rolls. And the head owner is so gracious, with great character. I loved watching all of the various arts. A vibrant and thriving gym for sure. If you’re in the area or thinking about training, definitely this is the place to be.“
“We've been going here for over a year and couldn't be happier! Other family members have joined the initial family member that started. The students are respected as well as their families. I'm hoping my kids stay interested for years to come, and my wife loves the yoga classes!“
“I have been training here for 8 months now and have learned so much. There is so much to learn here and a great community of people.“
“This is a wonderful establishment that doesn't only focus on karate but also teaches values and respect. The owners care about each of their students and it shows. Highly recommended. We are so glad we enrolled our grandson. He looks forward to going to class! If we could give more than 5 stars we would.“
“I am so happy with my experience here for my child. She started here are 4 with some physical delays and they were so patient and understanding and she has come such a long way with their guidance. They instruct kids but then allow them to try all of the challenges independently and let them try again and again. Instructors will often cater the day's lesson to the specific challenges of the children in the class that day. I won't go anywhere else!“
“I love this place number one they are very good at teaching there students and friendly instructors and it is only been 1 month and my son was a red belt in beavercreek but we had to move so then they said if I do good for the first 2 weeks my son could keep his red belt and now he is a red belt with a black line I don’t really know that belt but a very good school.“
