I was hesitant to go in due to the reviews. Don’t be. Staff was very nice, from the doc to the nurses. They have a board in the rooms that give you the time expectations for results to come back. I’d recommend if you unfortunately have to go to an ER.
Currently in ED for my husband. Second time we have been here, unfortunately. Both times they got us back quickly! Rob, checked us in is also a medic and doing all the vitals among insurance checks and will be doing discharge paperwork as well. Basically three jobs in one! They are very busy and seem to have lower staffing but still giving exceptional care! They took our concerns seriously and were quick to rule out anything life threatening! These people are really working hard around here! Our nurse Summer and doctor have been incredible as well. Making sure we are comfortable on top of everything else! Hope to not come back any time soon but glad they are close by!
Always pleased when visiting Brunswick ER with my relatives , yesterday was lucky to be a patient myself with a bad back pain . Team was working quick and help me as soon as they can . Thank you to caring nurse Eric and CT worker lady and caregiver lady were so sweet !
Bid thank you to the doctor Taras E Napora , MD who showed all his knowledge , competency in work he is doing ! Because I’m Ukrainian and was easier for me to understand medical terminology in my native language , he spoke to me fluent Ukrainian and even next day I got call from him , how am I feeling and if I need any help from them ... not a lot of doctors like he is will give you call back...read full review
