I have nothing but good things to say about our visit at the Brunswick Express Clinic at Cleveland Clinic. Granted, I reserved a spot for my daughter online before hand and when we got there, they took my daughter, her twin sister who also was sick and my husband all at once. The PA we saw was kind, courteous, and thorough in her exam and very good with my girls. I'm thankful for the team at Brunswick and trust their care.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, we have been in the waiting room for over 3 hours. Since my grandson has been throwing up for 3 days and was ordered here by his doctor he has wait while they take others with a cough. We would not be back I would drive to Akron instead of coming here.

I’ve never had an issue with service or the level of professionalism at this facility. You may have a slight wait time when you arrive but they get you in as quickly as possible.My only complaint would be that when you come in on a Sunday, it seems they mix appointments in with the walk ins so you wait longer while they take others ahead of you
