“I have always had bad neck and back pain, dating back to when I was a child/teen and these issues carried over into adulthood and I was suffering needlessly most of my life. I finally got to the point where nothing else was working to alleviate my pain and stiffness. This was also turning into a mobility issue and I’m only in my 30’s. I have a very high pain tolerance and I had no idea how much I was suffering. When I was adjusted for the 4th time today, along with the daily exercises, I could really tell my body is healing. The first time I came in the adjustment was so intense but the relief was immediate. Today I could tell my body is becoming more aligned and there was much less cracking and popping. I honestly can’t fathom not having this as a part of my health routine moving forward. Not to mention the team of professionals at this office are nice and easy to work with and they all work together very well as a group. It’s nice to unwind, and whether you enjoy talking through your whole treatment, or like to remain silent and just focus on the relaxation aspect, the therapists here are cognizant of what you need and will follow your lead, never pushing you to make small talk. “I went in for a massage and a pedicure. Ruby was great, she was professional, attentive and she makes for great conversation! It was my 1st massage and she does excellent with making you feel comfortable. The massage for very comfortable and she even cracked my hips which relieved a lot of tension that i didnt realize that i had. The pedicure was good as well. It was a very relaxing process and she even moisturized my feet with a homade product that looked and felt great! She has a shop in the inside in which she sells things like hats, oils, soaps, candles chocolates and more. They all looks and smell great.
