“I had West Side Roofing replace my roof a few years back. They did an excellent job and were clean and efficient. A year later, I had the Amish install a pavilion where they tied the new roof into the existing roof installed by West Side. I had nothing but leaks and problems after that. I called Jamie at West Side and he came out immediately and assessed the situation. It was determined the Amish did the roof completely wrong. Jamie had his crew out shortly after and made the repairs the correct way. I highly recommend West Side Roofing!“

When he came, there was snow on the roof so he couldn't get up there but told me to call him when it melted and he would come back to put up a tarp to hold me until I could get it replaced even if I didn't go with them. This was before I ever got an estimate!! While texting with him a couple days later, he asked me if the snow was gone and actually came back out to put the tarp up. Who does that anymore? Honesty and doing the right thing just to help someone out is not lost on these guys.
