He listened to my questions and concerns, I had a ton. He made an appointment to come out and inspect my roof. He arrived on time and just as friendly as he was on the phone! He got on the roof and inspected it (previous company didn't even get on the roof)! He fixed a couple shingle issues we had, at no charge and let us know our roof wasn't in immediate need of repair! Newcastle was able to help me out quickly with a visit/estimate and was able to replace the window the very next week.
