I had a very positive experience with Fredericks. In my case I had a rather large LVT floor installed in my home. I had never done business with Frederick's before, but I knew they had been in business for a very long time. That made me feel that they must be doing something right. In their showroom I met two people ( Shannara and Max) who helped guide me through a huge selection of possible flooring options. The owner of the business (Nick) measured my room, and we had detailed discussions about the layout of the floor and how certain obstacles within the room would be dealt with. When it came time for the installation of the floor, I met Chris and his brother Nick. I consider myself a very detail-orientated person and these installers did meticulous work. Chris and Nick really knew their job from sub floor prep to leveling to installing the product to doing a fantastic install of all my woodwork. “Great Place I went there on a Monday to look at Carpet swatches they came same day and measured I called them on Tuesday to let them know what carpet I chose and the next day Wednesday they came out installed and was out by 11:00.
