“Larry the plumber came in to help with our bathroom sink which had been backed up. Larry spent a long time working on it using multiple solutions. Through out the whole process he took the time to explain what he thought was happening and what he could do to fix it along with ways to help prevent further issues. Larry was kind and super friendly and at the end of the day was super affordable. I would recommend using this service and especially Larry! He’s our plumber from now on! Thank you Larry!!“

“Bears did an amazing job of replacing our equipment. Quick and efficient and Jim even stopped by during install to make sure everything was going well. We experienced a little hiccup with the A-coil but Tad & Greg were fast to sort everything out and get the unit running the same day. They also worked hard to get a replacement part overnight. “Had my tankless water heater stop working last evening. Called EMS this morning after a getting a recommendation from a friend. I was not expecting any service today as I know many business are so overwhelmed and I have not needed their services previously. They offered to try and fit me in and they did just that. Denny did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing my water heater. I'm very appreciative and will use them yearly to clean my tank. Excellent service. Excellent value and price.“
