“About a month ago we had an electrician in the house to do some electrical work and he said that his company was developing and HVAC service along with electric. He offered to look at my units for free, and told me that one of them was low on coolant.
Today Christian, an HVAC expert from Hauser, came to the house to check out the unit and add coolant if necessary. He noted that the humidifier was still on despite it being summertime and this led to a falsely low reading in the coolant. As a result of his expertise I saved money by not having to add coolant, especially since it wasn't needed and who knows what would have happened if excess coolant had been added to the system.
I was very impressed with Christian's knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. I would recommend Hauser to anyone with HVAC needs.
Today, September 4th, Hauser came out to check my two furnaces. Our serviceman was named Guy and he was quite knowledgeable polite and professional. He showed me that my water screen element was dirty and needed to be replaced so he replaced the those elements in both humidifiers.
