Needed a foundation inspection for our home buyers to satisfy their bank. Gil came out quickly, inspected both the interior and exterior of our home (during a heavy downpour). He provided the lender with the information they requested after a complete inspection of the foundation outside including the gutters and drains (footer drains and trench drains). He also came inside the home and inspected the basement block walls. Provided the bank with a timely inspection report quickly. Appreciated his quick response to the lender. Thank you, Gil.

This company did a full furnace and AC replacement in my home 12 years ago. It was flawless. They do routine maintenance yearly. We just had exceptional service again in May by them. Their technician, Mikhail, did the service for us multiple times. Then, 3 months later the AC crapped out. We knew it was a odd situation as the AC was just maintained. I called and in less than 24 hours they arrived, it was Mikhail. As usual he was exceptional and excellent. He explained things to me, taught me things, diagnosed quickly, replaced the original capacitor that caused the failure, did extra cleaning inside and outside the AC units -even though he did that in May this year, removed the fan housing and taught me about parts, how things work, and what to clean and watch out for, used 4 gauges to test temperature and other metrics, added 2 lbs of refrigerant, did a leak test at my request to get ahead of a future issue and found no leaks. It was perfect service, prefect customer interaction, very patient and excellent to take the time to teach me things. And out AC is running better than ever, thankfully, as last night was very warm and humid and we have two asthmatics in our home!

I can’t say enough good things about Final Touch. They walked us through the insurance process and fought with them on our behalf for over a year until they got our claim approved. Our roof looks great, as do our new gutters (which they were able to include with our new gutter guards). We worked primarily with Ryan, and he was an excellent communicator and advocate. They have a great system, good people, excellent product and craftsmanship, generous financing, and, like I said, other companies might have bailed on our case when the going got tough with State Farm, but Ryan and Final Touch stuck with us and made the process painless and the result rewarding. I replaced all of the flooring in my condo. I selected LVP for all of the condo, except for having carpet installed in the two bedrooms. From the time I entered the showroom on Miles Rd. and met with Austin, scheduling the work, to making the final payment on the job, every person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. There were plenty of flooring options for me to choose from within my project budget. I absolutely love the selections I made. The installers for both the LVP and carpet (separate crews) were great to work with. They were efficient and very respectful of my home. The removal of the existing wood floor, which had been glued down, was very difficult but the crew did the job without complaint. While there was the expected construction dust to clean up, both crews did a great job removing the existing flooring and taking away the debris. I recommend Calvetta Brothers to anyone undertaking a flooring project. They are the best!!
