However, I feel compelled to bring to his attention an issue that has been concerning me. On two separate occasions, my daughter, wife, and I have encountered an older female dental assistant who has displayed rude and condescending behavior towards us. This has left us feeling uncomfortable and has made us consider switching dentists.
