“Kellerman Heating and Cooling Co came out about a month ago for a routine cleaning and tune up of our HVAC system. During which, they cleaned the drain line from the AC. Fast forward to last night, our AC was leaking tons of water everywhere. I called Kellerman and they came out today and recleaned the drain line and checked over the system. They fixed the problem and stood behind their work being done right. I was not charged for the second visit. The technician was very kind and respectful. I will continue to be a loyal customer. “Adams Heating & Cooling is the best! I highly recommend them for residential and commercial properties. We use them at the office and my home. When I got to the office yesterday it was 81 degrees and climbing! I called and Chase was there within an hour, got on the roof, replaced the capacitor, cooled down the overheated fan and we had air again! Thank you!“

“A power surge on one of the first hot days of the season zapped the compressor in our 4 year old AC system (originally installed by Air One). Ben came out same day and tested everything else first, hoping it was NOT the compressor. When it ultimately was the compressor, he promptly ordered a new one and confirmed it was under warranty. The day he received the compressor, he was out here in the extreme heat replacing it and adding fail-safe parts to ensure this does not happen again in the future. He even gave us a break on replacing the coolant we lost. “Mike was excellent! AC wasn’t cooling during a heatwave and he came out immediately 30 minutes after our call on a Sunday. Diagnosed the problem in less than a minute. Had the parts on hand and had the AC cooling in 10 minutes. I’m very impressed. Despite the after hours call and service, rates were very reasonable. This was all after calling 3 other HVAC folks that could not come out for a week. I highly recommend reaching out to Tribble for all of your HVAC needs. Within an hour of calling the CPC emergency phone number on the sticker of my 20 yr old water heater because it was leaking, (I guess CPC is closed so I'm not sure how I got to SK, but I'm glad I did!) Logan Hager showed up at my house for a free estimate. He is very friendly, helpful and honest about the issues we asked about. He explained everything well so we understood everything we needed. A couple hours later we had Austin Carter and another guy show up to install the new water heater and a new kitchen faucet and they worked quickly and efficiently.
