I have used Snap heating for my HVAC work for over 20 yrs, in both commercial and residential settings. The company has always been very professional to work with. Their prices are always very competitive and they show up when they say they will show up and perform the work that is needed. Mr.Wilson has always been fair and honest with the customers that I have recommend call Snap, and I have never regretted recommending the company. Best of all, they can be trusted not to suggest work that is not needed. Mr. Wilson and his son Justin has done work for me many times and I would trust them both without question.

My furnace went out during our last cold spell. I called Ed on Sunday night and he was there Monday morning. Ed let me know they no longer made the part for my 20+ year old furnace and that I needed a new one. He and Justin had one installed for me on Tuesday.Ed rearranged his schedule and worked overtime to make certain I had heat as soon as possible. That was extremely nice of him as the house was quite cold. Not everyone would do that. He did!Ed is honest, and worked with me to get the best furnace I could afford.
