My daughter's school schedule and her school activities. Its a wonderful company to work for...they have compassion and understanding. While I spend everyday taking care of your loved ones i still have time to work and take care of my family....that's rare! Usually id always be working and was unable to take days off to attend her school functions. I was always that mom that wasn't there to watch their child's talent show or band concert. Since i started working with this company. My daughter's relationship with myself had dramatically improved and we are closer. Teenagers have it rough enough now a days but without their mom it's even harder.
