If there was a negative, I'd use it. Been trying to get cpap supplies for 2 months, all we're getting is the run around. Absolutely the worst customer service ever experience. Would recommend you run as fast as possible to a place that will help you
My mom’s oxygen was to be picked up on Thursday between 10-2. When no one showed up I called and was told yes, a driver was there but they spoke to my brother. My brother does not live with me and my husband was working at that time so there was no possible way it was my house. On top of that we have several security cameras, including a doorbell camera, so I would have been aware if someone came to my door. They told me to leave it on the front porch and someone would come between 2-6. No one showed up during that time either, nor did anyone show up between the hours of 10-6 on Friday.
