I would not hesitate to go back. They were professional, pleasant without being too chatty, and the office is spotlessly clean. They went above and beyond to choose the right design and colors for my 50+-year-old eyes and lips and the BB Glow means I only have to put a bit of concealer under my eyes and I can walk out the door looking like I'm wearing a light coat of foundation. Such a relief!
I will definitely be making future appointments for touch-ups.“

“Been seeing Vibha at OM for over a year and has always been a great experience. My eyebrows were never groomed well and Vibha is excellent in keeping them looking nice.
I also occasionally get my arms waxed and it’s painless and the wax she uses is amazingly gentle. Her prices are fair and surprisingly not over the top like everything now. She is so kind and professional. Take shoes off when entering and pay cash if you can. Again prices are fair and helps keep costs down. You won’t be disappointed.“

“In Loft 13 Mary Slocum provides me with the best brow shaping, tinting and laminating and lashes. I try to schedule monthly for a 60 min dermaplane and oxygenating facial. It is the best and my skin is lifted, smooth, and my pore size greatly reduced afterwards. It's SO relaxing I don't want to leave. It's amazing and I can't say enough about how clean, comfortable, kind and experienced Mary is!“

“My Wife and I got massages this past weekend at this Hand & Stone facility in Solon. It is a newer location and we decided to give it a shot.

5/5 stars for both of us. She was with Lotus and I was with Ashley.

The facility was clean, smells great, and the staff is very nice. There was mention of some additional services but no hard upselling which was nice. No-one wants to be on the other end of a hard sell during a massage.

I was a bit nervous after reading a different review that was displeased with someone named Ashley. I don’t know if they have multiples, but I doubt it was mine. The pressure and massage as a whole was fantastic!

I go to Physical Therapy and paired with this massage, I’m convinced this is the way to go.“

I always let her pick whatever she thinks that my skin needs from treatments in the studio to skincare products For take home. “Two months ago I had lost a ring that I held very dear to my heart. My uncle had gifted me this ring after my aunt had passed, I’ve never taken it off in the 12 years since she left us. I didn’t even notice it was gone for about a week because it’s never come off me. I was devastated. Today I went back to get spray tanned and I just mentioned by chance if they found a ring? They had it and held onto this ring for two months. I couldn’t believe it, I thought I took the ring off at home before I came, but I didn’t. I immediately started crying. “I took my daughter in for a hair consultation. Carly spent 20 minutes with her being very informative. My daughter’s hair is incredibly thick, curly and she wanted extensions. I was happy Carly really took the time to explain what was best for her type of hair instead of trying to capitalize on the client. It made me trust Trilogy. I own a barbershop and I have customers come in with pictures of styles and many times I have to inform them they don’t have the type of hair that the person in the picture has and instead try and encourage something that works with what they have. I saw the work they were doing and it is first rate. Very nice people. I appreciated her time. The consultation was free of charge. They obviously care about their customers and work.“

“Always weird to see nothing but 5 star and 1 star reviews. Been going since 2017 to get a base for a trip to Mexico and just liked going so much I didn't stop. I've never once had a bad experience. Everyone that's worked there has been great. Sure they'll offer products, but they're also very smart at helping you get results, which is real. If it's an issue for you, just buy cheap Amazon stuff and say no thank you, the girls there are super nice and won't badger you. They do keep you up to date when there's good sales on the stuff they sell, it's not a gimmick, just looking out for their clients. The place is always super clean, the staff's incredible, the equipment there is good and well maintained. I've been very impressed with how the management's been able to keep great employees when no one else can seem to find good help. Don't let any of the bad reviews sway you. Yeah tanning costs a little money, I think it's definitely worth it though as I used to get terrible sun burns and I don't now by keeping up a light base. If you're looking for a place to tan, I recommend this PBT. Been to a few others out of town, most are pretty good, one wasn't great, but this is the best I've seen. And hey, if any corporate types see this review... bring back the 23 hour rule, and know that your employees at Streetsboro PBT are legit.“
