“Joined last summer, after the girl I had been seeing for years retired. Hard to compare new people to someone who did targeted therapeutic work on me for years. everyone is very nice, saw several different people, massages were good, quite basic, but then I had Ned, it was the best deep tissue massage I’ve EVER had, especially given the fact that he didn’t know me. You could tell he really knew his stuff. When he said in the beginning that I would leave feeling like a butterfly, I knew he was confident in his skills. If you appreciate the therapeutic benefits of DEEP tissue massage, Ned is the BEST! God blessed Ned with an amazing talent and I was literally thanking God for him as he was digging in to some of the most painful spots on my body, and feeling it melt away. That night was the fist night in years that I didn’t go to bed with low back pain! Thank you Ned!“
“Today was my first time in this particular store. I came in to get my hair bleached by Matt. First off, let me tell you - he is amazing.. so amazing that I followed him from his previous Ulta location in Mentor Ohio to Macedonia Ohio. I wrote a much more in depth review on Mentor Ulta page. I love this store. It's layout is fantastic. My ONLY complaint is that while I was paying my bill of $177 - the cashier DID NOT MENTION OR ASK IF ID LIKE TO USE - MY $15 in points which expire this month. REALLY UNHAPPY WITH HER. ALSO SHE WAS NOT FRIENDLY.“
