“Kellerman Heating and Cooling Co came out about a month ago for a routine cleaning and tune up of our HVAC system. During which, they cleaned the drain line from the AC. Fast forward to last night, our AC was leaking tons of water everywhere. I called Kellerman and they came out today and recleaned the drain line and checked over the system. They fixed the problem and stood behind their work being done right. I was not charged for the second visit. The technician was very kind and respectful. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you for taking care of the problem promptly. I greatly appreciate it.“

“A power surge on one of the first hot days of the season zapped the compressor in our 4 year old AC system (originally installed by Air One). Ben came out same day and tested everything else first, hoping it was NOT the compressor. When it ultimately was the compressor, he promptly ordered a new one and confirmed it was under warranty. The day he received the compressor, he was out here in the extreme heat replacing it and adding fail-safe parts to ensure this does not happen again in the future. He even gave us a break on replacing the coolant we lost. “I was thrilled to have David Rose, a Schneller Knochelmann HVAC technician, address the problems with the boiler this company installed 29 years ago. David is one of the most wonderful people I've ever had work in our home. He is thorough, patient, respectful, and a perfectionist. There were several problems with our boiler that required tenacity to fix. David replaced the boiler's sight tube, the feedwater regulator, and he skimmed the boiler for most of a day to remove gunk that had accumulated. To accomplish these tasks, he had to be resourceful. In order to skim the boiler, David, with the help of another great HVAC technician, Kevin, had to unscrew a 29 year old cast iron pipe. That required the use of torches, massive wrenches, and a car jack, but they got it open! It took several visits to fix everything, but my boiler is working beautifully now. I very much appreciate that they provide a quote before doing each task. You know exactly what you will be paying. In addition to David's competence, he left everything in pristine condition after every visit. He always put on shoe covers and was so respectful of my home. I couldn't be more pleased!“
