“We were looking for new siding and windows for our house and decided to take a trip to the Cleveland IX Center this spring to see what companies had to offer. We were drawn to the Exteriors Plus area mainly because we knew they had a good rating from previous customers and we had heard good things about them. Derek was the sales person to greet us, get our information and follow-up later with a phone call and visit to discuss our plans. The work was completed recently without a hitch. From our first meeting throughout the whole process, we had constant communication from him regarding pricing, the ordering of material, etc. We were pleased that Tashon was able to install the windows in one day, and did an excellent job. I must say, we have never worked with a company that had such excellent customer service from absolutely everyone that we interacted with.“
