We just had 12 windows installed in our home. From the sales meeting to the installation this company was awesome. Our sales man was no pushy like other companies. The office staff kept us updated with whole process. The install crew was right on time. They placed plastic down inside and out. They put boot covers on each time. They completed install in just a few hours. We noticed right away the sound difference. It's so much quieter. We love the look of the windows. Every year I try to tackle a reno project on our 1950's era home. This year I was tired of the original patio doors that leaked air terribly. It was always cold or hot near them, but it felt like a superfluous update. So I delayed and delayed until calling in June to get an estimate. I told them I wasn't in a rush and as long as we got new doors by winter.We had to have two separate measurements done because the hole was going to be an abnormal size and it would require a custom option. I figured that would be the case because everything about this house is a few inches here or there of the current standard. They quoted me half.
