Our classes offer practical self-defense for ages 5 and up at any level and family classes in a fun and safe environment. Whether your standing up or on the ground we have you covered. Building confidence and better focus in students of all ages, helping teens become leaders along with discipline, respect and building self esteem. Minna-Jiu-Jitsu our stand up self-defense and Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu our ground class for adults, teens and kids 8 and up.
