This was the most amazing experience of the home buying process. He was very attentive informative and kind. Alex answered all my questions and concerns and even ones I couldn’t think of. Overall, highly recommended and will use him in the future!

Alexander inspected an almost 100 year old home with a hot water boiler system for me and was very thorough and explained everything to me in an understandable way. He also gave me a good idea of what to prioritize with future repairs and maintenance. He even let me snap some pics of the screen of his thermal camera so that I could know where the pipes ran in the walls so that I could avoid them during any future mini split A/C installation. After the inspection he very promptly emailed me the link to the report which included photos and a ranking of the issues in terms of seriousness. Alexander was more then helpful while inspecting our home! He made sure to walk us through everything he was doing and went above and beyond by explaining every detail to us. His review was very easy to read and understand and has helped us a lot as we get quotes for a few fixes around the house. We will definitely be recommending him to any of our friends who need an inspection in the future!
