We were VERY impressed after working with Chad from CJK Home Inspection. He is friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He had excellent communication at every step of the way both before, during, and after the inspection. He invited us to follow along with him throughout the inspection so he could point things out and explain them to us in real time that would also later be included in the report. We are so glad we hired Chad to complete our home inspection. He was polite, informative and thorough. It was due to snow on the day of our inspection, Chad went the day before and went on the roof to make sure he could see everything. The inspection report came back very quickly- it was easy to read and we didn’t have any surprises since he went over everything with us in detail during the inspection. Chad was friendly, easy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. He was on time for our appointment, walked us through the whole inspection and was thorough, honest and up front about the issues found. My nervous wife appreciated that he made her feel comfortable about the whole process. All in all it was excellent service for a good price. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
