First and generally, if you are in a busy household where all adults have significant responsibilities, contracting with cleaners is a game-changer, and you won’t look back, I promise. I chose Koala-T Family Cleaners because, after submitting a call for bids on a third-party website, their message had the most personal touch by far, and they were committed to making sure they understood our needs and we understood their services. I feel we were informed consumers as a result. Their cleaning is thorough, fast, and flexible when it comes to unexpected changes in schedule. We easily arranged to provide them a key for entry, and they are entirely able to come over at a time when we are at work or otherwise out of their hair. During times when we’ve been at the house while they cleaned, they have been professional and courteous, and very friendly. I have no reservations recommending them for regular residential cleaning.
