Our project manager, Jason, was on top of things from the begining. He kept me informed on the status of the claim step by step.I truly appreciate all he did for us in making our damage easier to handle. Unfortunately, the insurance company and the weather did not cooperate with completing our repairs in a timely manner. Jason and the subs did fantastic work, were very courteous and went out of their way to do anything over and above what was expected. I would highly recommend Shambaugh.Services: Remodeling

From the first phone call to get an estimate, Shambaugh's was very professional and helpful. Nicole did an excellent job cleaning 3 rooms of carpet and one chair! Wonderful first experience with this company! Thanks Shambaugh's!!??

I don't have any dramatic photos to share but that's because Shambaugh made it out to my place within hours of being called regarding newly discovered water damage.Jerry the sales/estimator dude arrived, thoroughly checked everything, set up some de-humidifiers and explained exactly what the techs would do the next day. The guys showed up, took care of business, followed up to ensure job complete and I was so impressed with their courtesy, attention detail, and the state of their equipment that I immediately hired Shambaugh to clean out all of my duct work. Excellent company and they took care of us.
