“I can only recommend Dr. Eberhardt‘s office. Everybody is super-professional —-> from the office staff to the doctor all the way to the hygienists. My hygienist, Jamie, is extremely knowledgeable, but also very personable, and very detail-oriented. She takes her time! Which I love about her. I always leave the office super relaxed because I lie down in my chair, and let them do their thing and it’s like a spa visit. I get one hour of relax time, and I leave knowing that I’ve been very well taken care of. Plus, everything is always explained very well, and as the patient I feel like my opinion counts. “My dental hygienist here, “Breezy”, is a gem, a marvelous human, I’ve never felt more “cared for” at any other dental office. She has a professional manner and always asks me how I am doing. I also love the “cat” she has in the office. It makes me feel more at home. Dr. Bob has done excellent work for me in the past, and as a buckeye fan, I trust him more than most dentists. “I am very good with remembering names and faces of people who make an impact on me, because no-one ever remembers my name or even takes the time to figure out how to pronounce it. I always get Tanya or Tanisha despite the fact that it is spelled exactly how it sounds. Whether I have a good or bad experience I make it a point to remember names and I am delighted to say that I have had many excellent experiences at this location. I have been seen at this office a total of four times and all four times my experiences were extremely pleasant. The first person to greet me is Morgan and she is super friendly and made it a point to remember my name the very first time she met me. She greets me by name every time i walk in the door and i greatly appreciate that. The next person I had the pleasure of meeting was a young lady by the name of T'Asia she was super sweet, the two dental assistants that came in and assisted during my surgery were Monica and Mercedes, these young ladies were so kind and gentle and helped me to feel very comfortable, Dr. H. is an excellent doctor and my surgery was quick and seamless, he made sure my meds were at the pharmacy by the time i left, my teeth look great and my 2 follow up appointments were with Dr. H and DeAnna. DeAnna is super-fantastic at what she does, she is patient and explains everything in great detail, she makes sure that you look good and feel good and she ALWAYS has the sweetest, most encouraging words to say as soon as she greets you, and she made it a point to remember and pronounce my name right the first time I introduced myself. That is so important to me and i just appreciate this beautiful staff. I couldn't ask for a group of better people if i hand picked them myself, this team takes what could be a stressful situation and makes EVERYTHING so peaceful and for that I am grateful!!!! If i could give more than 5 stars i would. The customer service alone would keep me coming back and my teeth look fabulous and i am healing superbly. ABSOLUTELY recommending to my family and friends.“

“As someone who struggles with severe dental anxiety and ptsd, it was hard to accept the fact that I was changing dentist. My first cleaning was schedule, I cancelled it. Finally went. First experience was incredible! Went back 6 months later, and another incredible experience. Today I went in for a small filling. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a nervous wreck, who read these google reviews before hand and actually questioning if I wanted to go through with the visit or cancel. As worked up as I was, I went to my appointment. Was it a quick process,yes it was. But it was thorough. I was number adequately. Dr. Romito was very pleasant, walked me through what steps he was taking next and the entire process was smooth, painless, and I didn’t have a nervous breakdown. His assistant was super nice as well. I did be sure to acknowledge this experience to him in person, because a compliment goes a long way.

don’t always base your decision on someone else’s opinion or “bad” experience. I enjoyed my visit, and the treatment that was provided. (Given it was a filling and no one wants those) I would 10/10 recommend new patients to visit Dr. Romito .“
