I’ve been going to Waterloo Dental for many years and I’ve developed a deep and personal connection with the employees. Rebecca has been my hygienist and she is so much fun and efficient. She’s created a fun atmosphere with her kindness and genuine personality. Going their as a kid was never nerve racking, especially with their tooth chest! The secretaries are just as warm and inviting. Darcy, their friendly dog, elevated the experience and was a great companion waiting for my siblings to be done with their appointments. All of the employees dedication to the office is admirable!

I have had a great experience going to 2k Dental. Rebecca has been my hygienist for over a year now and she makes me laugh every time. She treats every one of her patients with love, kindness, respect, and joy. She is devoted to dental hygiene. Dr. Novak is also the best. He always treats his staff with respect and is responsible with all his tasks. I recommend this place to all who may not enjoy going to the dentist. These people will show you how to make dentistry fun.

I have been going here for over 10 years. Rebecca always makes me feel calm and relaxed as she cleans my teeth. You can tell she cares so much about my teeth and my comfort. Highly recommend.
