“We’ve been happy customers for over two years and we only wish we had discovered them sooner. The previous company had misdiagnosed an issue that led to numerous costly breakdowns and repairs. We had heard good things about Proactive Home Services so we gave them a try and they were able to fix the problem (this time for good!) at an extremely reasonable rate. Twice a year an extremely knowledgeable serviceman (big shout out to Ted!) will come run a diagnostics on our system. Even though we’ve come to know him, Proactive still sends us a picture of him before the appointment. We very much appreciate that level of safety. We haven’t had a single issue with our system in those two years, which is a huge departure of the previous few years. That being said, even though everything runs perfectly, we keep the maintenance checkup service because it’s so reasonably priced and provides a level of security knowing that any future issues will be resolved.
