Amazing and kind.I love this place. Everytime I go elsewhere I compare it to the service I received it here. These people here areMy gel nails chipped within the same day.At Nail Story my nail lasts long. They last and they are durable because the technicians take their time. Other places I have been to don’t take sanitizing products and equipments seriously or do the bare minimum. Here they sanitize it and put the items in front of you to be sanitized again.It’s a clean place. They have music. The massage chairs while getting a pedicure is really soothing.The best thing here is how kind and gentle the technicians are. I went in for a pedicure and my dogs were BARKING! My feet were in terrible shape and I couldn’t remember the last time I had my toes done - working at a warehouse full time on my feet does me no favors, but they got my feet all the way together! Plus the massage chair worked out all the stiffness in my lower back from standing full-time. I thought it was a fluke I really did, there’s no way someone would put that much effort into getting my feet presentable. I went back over a year later and boom same exceptional service.
