“I was treated with the utmost care and respect as soon as I walked in the door. My phlebotomist, Alicia answered all the questions that I and my daughter had. She was absolutely wonderful and her personality is bubbly and very reassuring. An absolutely wonderful experience ? I have had lots of blood work done at various labs and I usually ended up with a bruise where they took the blood from and there was no bruising, no pain. I also appreciate the fact that there were no bandaids involved because they also leave bruises on my skin. I can't thank everyone enough for such a wonderful experience ?“

“Honestly one of the best Dentistries I ever been to in my this place is a KEY beneficial factor and needed in our community I had a tooth that has been troubling be for over a year … it stopped and I forgot about it and it came back with a vengeance and this was the only place in buffalo that was able to take care of me UB I left voicemails and calls never contacted back ECMC is booked scheduled me for August 14 … this tooth started effecting me to the point I couldn’t work to the of my abilities migraines jaw aches even ear aches this place really saved me everyone was very PROFESSIONAL nobody was nasty to me or rude the staff very pleasant and personable doctor Patty was my Superhero today I could tell my tooth was not going to be easy but she was very gentle professional and she didn’t get overwhelmed or annoyed and that meant everything to me she saved me more than she knows and Maryam was very gentle and pleasant a good vibes but even the staff up front were amazing too Great work Great Energy is always a plus it goes a long way and is needed but I’m 12 hours in and I feel great ready for work today I really want to keep this place as my permanent dentistry now lol“

“Dr Posner literally saved my life. I have ulcerative colitis and had a restriction at the base of my stomach with over acid production. I went in feeling terrible and afraid. I left with a partial gastrectomy and a new lease on life! He comforted me, calmed me, explained procedures to me( and my panicked parents), took care of me, and visited me twice in recovery after. His bed side manor is second to none. His entire nursing staff were absolutely amazing! Pre op, post op, recovery, and discharge. They treated me like friends and family. I was taken care of unbelievably well every second of the process. Being scared and waking up with 7 little cuts is worth it. I'm in A LOT of pain which is to be expected, but I don't regret it at all, they saved my life. Thank you.“

“Great group of cardiologists. Conveniently located near the Veterans Hospital, the medical school and the Eastside. They are able to accommodate same day emergency appointment. Parking is private and secure. staff and providers are efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.“

“I've seen Dr Nenno for a couple knee injuries, and he has demonstrated that he cares more than most Doctors I've seen. Before having a recent knee injury looked at by Dr. Nenno I was told that I only had a sprain, but after a cursory inspection by Dr Nenno he quickly determined it was much more serious (which met with my own suspicions). He was visible upset when I told him another Dr has told me it was a sprain because it very obviously involved several ruptured ligaments. Within 3 weeks of my appointment to see him about my most recent injury I was already scheduled for surgery. He was very clear about recovery times and what the surgery was involved, and what bit he left out was explained to me by the Nurse Practitioner (who is just the sweetest lady).My only complaints are that he is a bit dry (but it's also possible that I don't understand his sense of humor), but I don't mind so much as he takes his task seriously - and that one of the people at the front desk is consistently rude approaching unprofessional at times, while she's never been rude to me (besides being rather curt over the phone when I had a question) I've overheard her talking to patients in a rather condescending manner. I'm not one to judge people at their jobs, but people aren't always in the best of spirits when visiting an orthopedic Dr, so a little improved customer service on her behalf would go a long way.However, the other lady at reception is so, so sweet. Soft spoken and generally a gentle and sweet person in every interaction I've seen her.Oh also, not bad or good but being cash because it takes them a moment to run a card, they could probably invest in a square reader so the sweet lady taking co-pays doesn't have to do so much extra work to run a debit card.“

“Today I was reminded why I love Niagara Dermatology! Due to Covid I haven’t been there in about 2 years … I was reminded how friendly and efficient everyone in the office is! I have a difficult time scheduling and often have to reschedule due to a very busy life and they are so easy about it, respectful and always get me in !! They are professional, knowledgeable and kind- Doesn’t get better! This is the place to go for all of your dermatology needs“

“Our son was born last month and we've been here for the first three appointments so far. All I can say is wow! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Our wait is never more than just a few minutes. The appointments themselves are very thorough and they go over all the details with us and answer any questions we have. I have not felt any discomfort while here and everything is very clean and tidy. Our son sees a couple of doctors but Dr. Tony is the best and always goes out of his way to say hello and check on our son when we're there at least for a quick minute. Very happy we've found such a good doctor for our son right from the start.“
