“I have had a great experience there. I started going there after Cleveland Hill Medical group closed. I had a great experience with Patricia Whistler and followed her over. Staff has been great and return calls with in a reasonable time considering how busy Dr. offices get. If you want a great Primary Care office I suggest here. “This place was able to take my husband in which was amazing. We had a rough morning trying to get into another urgent care and being blatantly ignored. This place was quick. Only reason I’m not doing 5 stars is because I went to let the front desk know someone’s lights were on in their vehicle (I was walking my toddler around in a stroller because she was losing her mind in the vehicle by now) and I was greeted with something about a clipboard and an attitude that I was doing something wrong. I let them know I wasn’t here for treatment, just waiting on my husband and I wanted someone to know that their lights were on so their battery didn’t die. Being blown off twice in one day at two different health facilities is crazy. I worked at the hospital for so many years and we were always supposed to be kind and professional. A simple hi how can I help you today would’ve been better. I’m not sure why everyone seems to be so miserable today but I hope your day gets better so being more courteous and professional doesn’t come as hard next time.“
